Infrared heaters are used to heat, cure, or dry a product. Many applications require a combination of those methods. Water-based paints first require removal of the water, the carrying solution, and then requires curing of the remaining materials. Some applications for infrared heaters are listed in the chart. There are many other applications that require heating, curing, and/or drying where infrared heaters are applied to increase production speed and lower the overall cost of production
