• Infrared’s dry heat eliminates color problems that can result from using a steam heat setting process.
• Infrared heat can be used in tunnels or other narrow shapes for both narrow fabrics and for multi-pass operations.
• IR heat doesn’t penetrate deeply is – only the surface is heated, meaning less damage.
• Yarn and fabric heat setting often requires post heating as well. Infrared’s supper efficiency makes it ideal for these processes too.
